High-Speed Extrusion Film Laminating Machine:

The coating and lamination machine serves for the production of coating the melted
PP or PE on paper, weaving fabric, or laminating the paper, BOPP, film & aluminum
with weaving fabric one side or both sides for the purpose of enhancing thetension strength, air-proof and dump-resistant of this packaging material whichnormally applied to cement, fertilizer, metal materials, minerals' package.
The substrate(s) roll is unrolled evenly with tension control, after pre-heating
device, the substrate(s) come into coating or laminating area, one surface ofsubstrate (s) is under the T-die, in which the melting PP or PE film flow downon surface. The chilling roller which hold the substrate move down forwardcontinuously, at the same time the silicon rubber roller press the melting filmon the surface of substrates, and cooling them at the same time, the finishedcoating or lamination substrate(s) is winding on steel or paper beam core.
